There are two kinds of hydraulic oil, one is winter oil, and the other one is summer oil. Winter oil is 32, or 46, and summer oil is 68 or 100 .The hydraulic oil must be anti-wear hydraulic oil. The difference between the summer oil and the winter oil is the oil viscosity. The temperatures in summer are high, so it is better to use high viscosity hydraulic oil. The temperatures in winter are low, so it is better to use low viscosity hydraulic oil.

All grease fittings, slewing bearings must be put engine oils every 10 or 15 days, put engine oils twice every four to eight hours in different angles. Ensure replacement the reducer within the first 520 hours of work, then replacement 2-3 times a year, the engine must be preheated for 10-15 minutes before work.

The heavy excavator must operate for 10-15 minutes in low speed before flameout. Put the arm and bucket vertical to the ground and relief the pressure in the hydraulic system.

Make sure the hydraulic oil must be clean, and use the correct hydraulic oil in different seasons. Make sure the oil-piping smooth and not allow the air entered. Clean the filter element and replace it regularly. It is not allow to content water in the hydraulic oil. Change the hydraulic oil depending on the season.
