Engineers took the initiative to research and develop the rollers, motor graders and pavers that were specially used in plateau. These customized products had great climbing capability and can be used in the low temperature with high efficiency.

Beijing ring six road construction was one of the key parts in 2008 Olympic Games project, its high technical standard and construction difficulty made a record in China road construction. 7 Units of Sany road machinery including motor grader, roller and tire roller were used in this great project.

Algeria East and West Highway is the longest highway in Algeria, which is located in heavy hills with gullies and ravines. Not limited to steep terrains, the construction area is covered with marlstone, which is called “mine field” by the road builders. As the main force, SANY provided 193 units of equipment for this project including 56 units of rollers, 32 units of motor graders, 5 units of pavers and so on. Rio de Janeiro is the host city for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games. In order to welcome the two international events, Brazil spared no efforts in building the World Cup stadium and Olympic Village. About 100 units of hydraulic rollers were used in the two world projects.

Small Excavator Shines in Halloween

In this Halloween, my company organized a Pumpkin Carving Contest. My friend Lee became the champion with her creative work that a small excavator was carved on the little pumpkin. Several days before the Halloween, the administrative staff started to convene people to attend the Pumpkin Contest and many people felt excited to attend the contest. The Pumpkin Carving Contest contains two parts including individual event and group event. According to the name list, the administrative staff divided the groups. Many people have thought well about how to design their work before the contest. This definitely will be an intense competition.

On the Halloween, the contest was carried out smoothly, people designed their work with great passions. To our surprise, each work is in high quality and can be called art. Some carved smiling face, some carved funny face, some carved a carriage. My friend Lee carved a small excavator on the pumpkin in order to stand out our company’s business. The excavator is so lively that attracted many people watching. When asked the procedures of making this work, Lee explained with smile. First, she scooped the pumpkin flesh and seeds out, then she draw a small digger on the little pumpkin with brush and carved it according to the outline, finally she put the candle into the empty pumpkin and the whole work was done.

Finally, Lee became the champion without doubt and obtained the first prize. When the photographer took picture for her and her small excavator, Lee gave a big smile and the small digger looks shining under the flashlight.

Motor Grader Daily Maintenance

Motor grader is used very often in the road building and leveling. It is troublesome when the machine breaks down during the working process under a tight working schedule. Check the fuel pipe and fuel tank to avoid any leakage. And the remaining water and other sediment should be discharged every day to keep the fuel tank clean and purified. The coolant should be added enough to keep the machine work normally. The radiator should be checked regularly to keep the machine cool and the damaged radiator should be changed immediately to keep the machine operate smoothly.
