Truck crane is easily abraded during working, which will cause damages to the crane and even result in stopping working. Small Excavator Shines in Halloween

In this Halloween, my company organized a Pumpkin Carving Contest. My friend Lee became the champion with her creative work that a small excavator was carved on the little pumpkin. Several days before the Halloween, the administrative staff started to convene people to attend the Pumpkin Contest and many people felt excited to attend the contest. The Pumpkin Carving Contest contains two parts including individual event and group event. According to the name list, the administrative staff divided the groups. Information from the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA) said that the 2016 Excavator Annual Meeting will be held in Changzhou, Jiangsu on 16^th -18^th November. The meeting will be sponsored by Excavating Machinery Chapter of China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA) and supported by Jiangsu Hengli High Pressure Cylinder Company Limited. According to the data analyzed by China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA), in August of 2016, 4349 units of excavators were sold by 26 excavating machinery manufacturers, increasing 44% compared with last year. However, it is reported that in the first half year of 2016, 33669 units of excavating products were sold in the domestic market by 27 excavating machinery manufacturers, 4.8% declining compared with the amount of last year. According to the predicting model combining with the current economic situation and the market investigation, the excavator sales volume will reach 51 thousand units, 2.3% declining compared with the previous year. Excavator Cleaning Ways

Excavator is important construction equipment in many engineering constructions. It is critical to keep the excavator clean, otherwise, the slush may cause damage to the excavator. Then, how to clean the digger excavator in a better way becomes a critical issue.

First, we should prepare some necessary tools before cleaning. The tools include scraper knife, screw driver, watering can, diesel, detergent, duster cloth, rubber gloves, steel wire ball. When the tools are prepared, we can start cleaning the hydraulic excavator. What should be noticed is that the cleaning should be done in steps.

1.       Put the diesel into the watering can and pour to the stain. Scrape and wash the stain again after 10-30 minutes. The steel wire ball can be used to scrape the stain at the second time.

2.       When the diesel is used up, the detergent to clean heavy oil should be used, the detergent of heavy oil has strong power to remove the stain, so test should be made in case of leading the paint falling off. Hydraulic Excavator for Construction Applications

The hydraulic excavators are designed for various operation uses, such as excavating, leveling, digging, loading and demolishing. Commonly used in construction, road building, mining, and civil engineering projects, the hydraulic excavators are applicable for various operations. Excavator operator need know dangerous conditions in jobsites

Excavator operators usually work out in the field or construction sites; therefore, cautious investigation on the worksites is crucial to the safety of the excavator operator and to the safe operation. First of all, the operator should check the terrain and ground condition and use the safest operating method, try to avoid traveling or operating the excavator in areas with risk of landslide or falling stones, near cliffs, road shoulders or trenches, because the soft and loosen ground in these areas may not bear the excavator’s weight and vibration, as a result, the machine might sink or tumble down. The ground may become softer after heavy rain, explosion or earthquake. If the excavator has to work on a dam or near a ditch, vibration and machine weight may trigger a landslide, thus protective measures have to be taken prior to operation in order to prevent the excavator from tumbling down or falling over. For instance, to solidify the ground, keep a safe distance away from the ditch and assign a signal man when necessary.

Sany High-Front Shovel

The structure of high-front shovel consists of the work jib, extension jib, crude oil cylinder, working jib oil cylinder, digging bucket oil cylinder and other parts.  In the upper body bucket, clearance fit with an extension jib, and under onside of the extension jib connected to the cruel oil cylinder. Sany Excavators Ranked No.1 in the Excavator Market in May

According to the statistics form Chinese construction machinery business network, in May of this year, 27 domestic excavator manufacturers sold 5487 excavators in total. Among all the manufactures, Sany ranked first in excavator sales volume, and become the only one enterprise whose sale volume exceeded one thousand units. Sany’s small excavators, medium excavators are still at the top of the single product sales ranking list.

Of the first eight heavy machinery brands, Japanese and South Korean brands accounted for the majority, but homemade brands are still far ahead, while Caterpillar was the only one European enterprise that entered the list. Sany Equipment Used in Hanoi-Haipong Expressway Project

The Vietnam Road and Bridge Corporation purchased Sany’s three pavers and three road rollers in 2013 for the Hanoi-Haipong expressway roadbed construction and one asphalt plant in 2014 for asphalt pavement construction.

The Vietnam Hanoi-Haipong expressway was the first expressway in the northern Vietnam. This project includes 10 sections with a total length of 150 km. There are two ways with four lanes in each way on the expressway. The total width of the expressway is 32m with 16m on each way.

This project used one LB4000B asphalt plant, two SMP90C pavers, one SMP90EC paver and 2 YZC13F double drum road rollers of Sany.

The LB4000B asphalt plant is the first biggest asphalt plant SANY sold in the global market. To ensure the smooth installation and normal operation of the machinery, the branch of SANY in Vietnam sent one installation and adjustment engineer and one service engineer to the construction site to provide real time service for 3 months.

After two-month installation and adjustment, the asphalt plant was ready to use. On July 10, 2014, the engineers came to the site very early and conducted the final inspection of the asphalt plant to confirm all operation switches worked normally, cleaned the mixing engine, and checked if there was any leakage in all pipelines.

After two-hour inspection, no abnormality was found and everything was ready. The test run of the asphalt plant started at 10:00 am. The machinery operated normally with the first tank of asphalt concrete being mixed and discharged successfully. Good performance dispelled customers’ worries and doubts away. Sany’s two engineers were approved because of their efforts and services.

To ensure the normal operation in the whole road construction period, Sany sent three engineers to the job site and addressed problems timely. The asphalt plant satisfactorily completed the production task of the roadbed with a production of 256,000 tons after 800-hours normal operation.
